HPMCAS is a pH-sensitive functional cellulose material for sustained and controlled release. It has unparalleled advantages in sustained and controlled release of drugs and solubilization and crystal suppression of insoluble crystalline drugs.
We have successfully synthesized a series of esterified hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and conducted corresponding pharmacological consistency assessments. Besides, we will initiate prospective application research in the development of insoluble drug amorphous solid dispersions to meet the market needs of new pharmaceutical excipients domestically and abroad.
